The back story of how the Sweet Bliss came to be-

Owner, Methia Gordon created her gourmet version of this nostalgic lunchbox treat over 20 years ago while working as Pastry Chef at Palisades Market in Calistoga, CA as the result of a challenge from then owner, Joel Gott, to “create something way better” than the one we all recognized wrapped in foil. Since starting Sweet Life Cakery in 2010, she has made over 60,000 Sweet Bliss!
